Quality control<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Hammock House requires manufacturers to test all hammocks with a weight load exceeding the specified maximum load. However, for safety reasons, each hammock has a maximum load capacity.<\/p>\n

It is important to remember that the hammock is subject to a load of weight higher than our weight when we settle in it.<\/p>\n

Special attention is paid to the balance and strength of our products without compromising comfort, which makes us a “reference” in this area. \n<\/strong>Hammocks of different models and sizes:\n1.1 VISUAL INSPECTION:
\n<\/strong>Following the visual inspection of the hammocks, we observed the following:
\n– Good appearance of hammocks
\n– Absence of defects in fabric and sewing
\n– Absence of critical and serious defect in the loops\n1.2 TEST OF CHARACTERISTICS OF RESISTANCE:
\n<\/strong>To analyze the mechanical behavior of hammocks, we used a gantry (slingshot) reaction on a metal structure. The application of the load was carried out using a pneumatic actuator and the distribution of the load was carried out using a wooden bar. The load has been applied vertically as shown in the figures below:\n
